Membership Credentialing Requirements
General Membership
Requirements
- 1 day ~ 8 hours of Certified Mini Dental Implant Training, and 3 hours of online training through our mini implant course
- Attendance of at least one mini implant meeting per year with CE documentation
Fellowship
Requirements
- Current General Membership Status
- Test taken for online course passing grade
- 36 hours of CE in mini dental implants and 12 hours of CE in conventional implants
- 10 Case studies of denture stabilization
- 5 Case studies of single or multiple teeth replacement to be presented at the annual meeting
Mastership
Requirements
- Current Fellowship Status
- 3 case studies of failed cases and the follow up care performed
- 2 cases studies of bone grafting
- 1 full arch case study using both mini and conventional implants
- At least 2 full arch reconstruction cases utilizing either a combination of natural teeth and or conventional implants combined with MDIs or MDIs entirely by themselves also to be presented at the annual meeting.
Diplomate
Requirements
- Current Mastership Status
- Pass the written Diplomate exam
- Pass the oral Diplomate Exam
- Give a presentation at the annual GMDIA conference or act as a monitor for the forum
